International
Photography Courses.
An International School of Photography,
attracting delegates from all over the world:
South Africa, Turkey, Israel, New Zealand, America, Holland, Germany, Norway,
France, Denmark, USA, Belgium, Canada, Australia and Africa.
Photography Courses for all levels, we will teach you how to become a Professional
Photographer!
The Penthouse Suite.
The courses are run at the Penthouse
Suite based at Milford Marina, where we overlook the Marina and the Milford
Haven Waterway. Accommodation is based within walking distance of the Marina
where you will find many pretty little shops, pubs, bars and eating places.
The offices are designed especially for the photographic courses, with a lecture
room, studio with multi light set u
p,
office with computers and balcony where you can sit and relax overlooking
the spectacular views between lectures.
An ideal place to run courses as we are situated not far from some of the most beautiful coastline in the UK and within easy reach of church's and parkland.
At the studio you will be well
looked after, relax in lush surroundings, with refreshments supplied during
the courses. Computers are available for those that require one, but most
delegates bring their own. We also have printers for you to use to print out
some of your work which you take during the courses. Images will be copyright
cle
ared
for you to use as you wish. We can also supply digital cameras if required
before making that final plunge into buying one.
The course start at 09.30 in the morning, with a welcoming cup of tea or coffee. Get to know the other delegates with an introducing to each other on the balcony, relaxing and enjoying the views across the Haven waterway. Watch the various boats sail by, the ferry leaving for Ireland, fishing vessels coming and going in and out of the marina.
There is also a museum based at
the Marina and is well worth the visit. There is plenty of local history of
how the marina was one of the biggest fishing ports in the UK. Then there
was the introduction of the oil refineries, back in the 60's. The waterway
stretches for miles up the river Cleddau with many pretty little villages
along the way.
